SAHA 2019 Cleanup Letter
Under direction of the Board of Directors this notice is being sent to all members of the SAHA Community.
This letter, like others in the past, is being sent to remind all of us about our obligations as lot owners in SAHA. Your compliance with all our governing documents is appreciated. We are calling special attention to those requirements listed below because they can affect others in our neighborhood.
- We are requesting residents to clear / clean-up their property adjacent to all roadsides. The deadline for this effort is Sunday, November 24, 2019. For those that opted out of the spraying for roadside growth, please remember that keeping a border along roads clear of vegetation is your responsibility. A guide to the rules for roadside vegetation maintenance named “Tree Trimming Guide” can be found on the SAHA website Road Committee page and linked here.
- The speed limit on all SAHA roads is 25 MPH. This is for the safety of you as a driver and those who walk/run/bike along our roads. Please watch your speed. Make sure to discuss the driving speed with any guests and any new drivers in the neighborhood.
- Any seasonal decorations must be removed after a reasonable amount of time
- Garbage containers shall not be permitted to remain in public view except on days of trash collection
- Parking of campers, boats, trailers and any other machinery or equipment must be behind the front elevation of the home and screened from view
Owners shall maintain their Lots and Homes in good order, condition and repair and in a clean, sightly and sanitary condition at all times. A survey of the neighborhood will take place periodically to ensure all properties comply.
