Please take note:
1. Annual Dues notices ($1,425 per lot) will be emailed on April 1, and accounts unpaid after June 30 will be subject to late fees.
2. During the 3/21/2023, Board meeting, discussion was initiated about recommending a recurring increase in Dues each year to address current Reserves underfunding. The Road Study recommends $2.2M in Reserves after 10-years, but the Road Committee sees the need as much lower since ongoing maintenance is performed every year. Scenarios to review include 2%, 3% or 5% annual increases, and the spreadsheet with calculations is in:

The Board is seeking community input and will review options as an ongoing Continuing Business item during future BOD meetings.
