Directly after at the AGM, a brief monthly BOD meeting will occur. As a reminder, we will be operating on a strict time frame of two hours. The building closes promptly at 8:00 pm.
Ballots and the associated documents were placed in the mail on December 29th. Please check your mailbox regularly to ensure you’ve received your ballot. If in the case that a reasonable amount of time has passed and you have not received your ballot, please contact the secretary at [email protected] so we can assist you in a timely fashion.

This year, the voting / elections will occur in person at the AGM. For those planning on attending the meeting virtually, please ensure that your proxy form is completely filled out and handed to whom you’ve designated as your proxy and will be attending the meeting in person.
