During 2023 meetings, the Board has had discussions regarding annual Dues and Reserve fund balances. In an attempt to address ongoing and future Reserve fund needs, a recurring Dues increase of 3% each year will be recommended for budget years starting with 2024.
For example, rounding up to the nearest $5, these are the proposed Dues amounts to be billed each April 1:
The BOD want to make best efforts to keep owners in-the-loop by providing notice well in advance.
