The Architectural Control Committee applies the community AC&G’s to projects in the SAHA.
Including new construction, outbuildings, exterior changes, and improvements.
Community members should refer to the AC&G’s for details as to what needs approval and utilize the forms located on this site to submit their projects to the ACC for approval prior to commencing work.
